Along with Gewürzmüller, we have a unique collaboration for the development of Swedish cured meat products. With our knowledge and extensive experience of recipe creation and intense dedication, we contribute by ensuring that better and more easily produced cured meat products reach the consumers.

Peter Mårtensson are constantly on site at the industry’s top manufacturers and participate in product development at these companies. The base is expertise in the entire manufacturing process, focusing on seasoning and spices. A sure sign of our positive results is our diploma from the Academy of Gastronomy.

One producer of spices is Frutarom Savory Solutions which includes Gewürzmüller. They continue to be specialised in cured meat and fresh meat with spices, sauces and additives and starter cultures that control the fermentation process. Freeze-dried cultures in sachets produce the same results, colour and taste, every time.
All seasonings are delivered in aroma-tight packages. In-house spice mixes have labelling that guarantees the same taste and full traceability.

Gewürzmüller’s sister company Nesse provides everything to do with fish as well as organic ingredients.
