Charlotte has held the reins on our economy and our customers’ financing solutions since 2011. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting in other industries, such as theatres and restaurants, we feel in very safe hands. Particularly as Charlotte combines her lucidity and analysis with a positive and solution-oriented approach. My connection to the cured meat industry is growing stronger through taste testing and trend spotting, particularly if there are elements of air-dried Italian salami and the aroma of freshly ground black pepper.
