From 2017 Johan will be selling spices, and tasting and developing new product blends. Initially as butcher and subsequently seller and taste developer of spices, including Nordfalks, he has a solid background, as evidenced by his degree of master for Charcuterie and Butchery for 2013. Johan fits in well at Profood, he is cheerful, curious and helpful. And he delivers. Best thing from the delicatessen counter is jam and spicy pork. Favourite spice is the basic, black pepper and a good grilled spice.
