We act with a long-term mindset. This means continuity, low staff turnover and long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. We total over a dozen, all with the same approach to providing excellent and personal service. Whether dealing with spare parts for temporary shut-downs, rapid delivery of consumables or long-term solutions such as investments in machinery, ongoing service to existing machinery or the development of new cured meat products.
Thord began back in 2002 as a seller. Thord’s background is sales but also technical support and the installation of sold machinery and equipment. His experience in the industry extends 35 years back in time at familiar companies such as Schaub Tico, CFS and Tetra Pak. It is not uncommon that sales is followed up by an installation (a successful installation is celebrated with a grilled Kamben). It is here Thord’s tenacity is a benefit. Like when he grows his own chilli or experiments with salting and smoking both meat and fish.
