Jesper came to the cured meat industry, and to us, in 2008. After working as a nurse’s assistant and in a grocery shop, Jesper now works with the purchase of consumables and spices. When supplies are needed, it is usually in a hurry. It is then important to thrive when providing service, to be quick on your feet, patient and persistent. As well as having the ability to combine being quick with being right. A favourite snack is air-dried salami, the best way being a grilled piece of meat seasoned with Top Mix.
